6 x 600m @ 5K w/90 sec recoveries. Targeted around 6:25/m for the intervals. Felt pretty good, but needed to push each time.
Damn Asics killed my heel. Blister incoming. I hate to be ignoble to my Boston Marathon shoes, but I just can't run in the new Speedstars for some reason. So, off to the dustbin for an early retirement (not even 150 miles .. sob, sob).
