an intended 6m tempo that turned into a 2m run/ walk. what is the culprit? a) period fatigue, b) crampy calves, or c) convincing myself i was going to have a crap run because of a) and c).

maybe it's being such a fat fat fatty pants :( UGH. saw a pregnant lady and thought i could relate to what she must feel like.
