15 min warmup and cool down. 45 min of 30 on and 1 min off. Got the heart rate up to 195 with the boot lol—
*trainers discussion with me after I get done biking*
Trainers: “You know you don’t have to wear the boot while you are biking”
Me: “yea ik, but I tried that and I literally couldn’t cuz it hurt so bad and didn’t seem smart”
Trainers: “yea but you know you don’t have to wear the boot while you’re biking. Like Joe, when he comes back, will have to wear a boot for stuff like that, but you don’t.”
Me: “yea, ik, I don’t want to wear this thing. I’ve biked for like 5.5 hours in the past 3 days and it sucks. Trust me, if I could get away without it I would, but it literally hurts way too much without it.”
Trainers: “just don’t bend your foot and you can bike without it”
