Notes

Repeat 400’s on the course. Pretty consistent around 1:24-1:25 for the first 8 with jordy and then dropped down to 1:20 and quicker with the next pack. Going in I was expecting to cough up a lung at about rep 6, so I was very pleased with this workout after the 14th.
