decided to run for the first time after straining my calf because my oldest brother was coming home to run so I thought he was a good running partner because he has gotten old. "how far do you want to go Shane?" him: "oh, I was thinking anywhere from 4 to 10." Me: "yea he defiantly is still in shape."
the calf was hurting on and off after a mile so I decided to call it good after 4 and then cross train the rest.
