Ran with Josh, Steve, and John. Fell back at the half way point. Felt like I was running hard but pace doesn't seem to show that. Maybe because our first mile was slow? Or maybe I didn't time it quite right? Or maybe I just was having a bad day. John said I looked like I was struggling.
