, Wow, that pace was faster better than I figured it would be. No radio today, and I felt like I was taking it pretty slow. <BR><BR>Ran 40, walked 1, Ran 20. Next week no walking.<BR><BR>Average HR of 155 is right at 80%. Which I guess is borderline of zone 2 and 3. I have only read a bit about HR training so far, but this is starting to feel right. I may adjust my zones up slightly so that I am not riding the border at a good feeling training pace.
