Long run - progression (5 mile progressions finishing at pace: 7:30 goal)
Goal of this one was to test my ability to run at cadence without the metronome and add some pace miles at the end. Mission accomplished. I didn't struggle with cadence at all (well except for when Bon Jovi songs played - no idea why). The last five were a real challenge - running with good form and at cadence SMOKED my hamstrings (Jared warned me about that). A real healthy fatigue after this one - earned my burger and beer tonight.
