Cooper brick run. Pretty decent run off the bike. I was disappointed there wasn't anyone to push me on the run though. Seemed like most people were content to just jog. This was basically a solo run after the first 1/2 mile when I pulled away. Felt comfortable and could have pushed harder, just didn't have anyone to motivate me to go faster.

Nice pace B! I always though I was a strong runner, but after swimming and biking its not good. I should start doing more brick workouts, but im sure they will come in the workout plan later on!
