Notes

Muscles were really stiff from the tempo run. Took about a mile and a half to loosen up. Had some 9 oclock knee pain from the beginning but it was mild and never got worse. That may mean I need to so a lot of stretching to loosen things up. Should probably start an evening stretching routine.
