Notes
This morning's run was an absolute bitch, sorry...there is no other word for it. The temperature was about 30 degrees with a 20 mph sustained north wind. About 3 miles in my left ankle/shin really started giving me hell but I finished out the run. 1 mile warm and cool with 3 miles tempo at 8:31, 8:28, 8:35. Oh, and my Forerunner wasn't working and Miles was up all night. It bites, sucks, and blows.
