6x1k at cedar bend. Thresh x2 cvx3 Ix1. I felt great in this workout, it was a tad chilly, and quite rainy and I worked with a pack of mads, nich and ryan, we really worked as a pack and I feel like our cv was really well controlled. I felt a little iffy on the last 2 reps, because of my gut. My big takes from today were, I can be a confident and really strong runner if I can hold it together mentally, I need to figure out a go to Tuesday workout lunch, and my Interval pace needs work. Teamwise we looked like a force to be reckoned with, I truly think when we're all in the right headspace there isn't a single team that can touch us.
