Went to my hometown teams practice to see my friends and particularly my coach, I had really good conversations with my high school coach and it made me realize how much I love wartburg and all my running crew and how much I gotta appreciate it. If anybody wants to hear about the stuff I learned I'd love to chit chat about it on a run in the future.
