Cut this short due to particularly tired/weak muscles in lower legs; it was supposed to be 4 miles. Fearful of doing damage, I stopped at three miles and came in the Roebuck road pedestrian entrance. The pace of this training is quite challenging and I am feeling it later in the day. I am so happy that tomorrow is a rest day! I will stick with the programme for another two weeks before reviewing it, but am aware that it is a bit more difficult than my usual round of just doing miles, with occasional attempts at intervals. Still, there is an excitement when I head out.
