Notes
This run stunk. blah. We'd spent all day at Winter Park, doing the Alpine Slide, hiking, mini-golfing, etc. I ran after we got back. i was just tired from being outside all day, and could just never get feeling better. Was very glad when I was done with this run. Yuck. I also decided to try a new route from the lodge, which turned out to be the least scenic of all the routes I ran all week...so...yeah...yuck.
