Very cold out- under 20 degrees. Wore tights, long sleeve shirt, hat & gloves- still very cold. Tired, not running that fast but struggling to keep up at times. Opted to go for 90 minutes with Aldous, adding on Frear Park at the end. Probably the most miserable run in a while, but VERY satisfying now that its finished. 70 on the week again!
