EZ inc STRIDES
Nice run, met up at RAPHs w/ Brian and Faz. Went out and back on North Lakes, nice weather out and I felt great. ~7 flat pace out, ~6:30 pace back. I reined it in the last 10 minutes because I want to have a quality stride session during my double this afternoon.
