HAPPY EASTER! HAPPY 4:20 KEHD!
OYO long run, met up with some of the guys at ECAV. We once again let craaaaazy Aldous pick the route and we ended up doing Bald Mountain! OUCH! It was hot pace before the hill and wasn't too slow afterwards so we still had a pretty impressive average given the monster hill. I was pretty tired TBH, legs were definitely beat. Still sore where I fell but I wasn't really limping or anything, it was just a little uncomfortable.
Only 80.5 mile this week buttttt 300 day streak!!
