Easy run with Paul and Joe Joe. Legs felt very sore doing lunges, but not terrible on the run, we started slow. Planned on doing the Chapel 10 mile loop, but almost exactly halfway in we had to turn around because I guess some power lines were down or something. Anyway, we ended up picking it up to a passable pace and I added on a little bit at the end to get to 70. Then did 200s to make up for not doing them yesterday. Started with 4x30 seconds on the grass, just trying to run fast, with some full recovery walking around between each one. These were kinda tough, it was good to get used to having to push up on softer ground and adjust to slightly uneven surfaces. Then finished with 2x200 on the track walking the diagonal in between. Again, just tried to run fast. Ran 31.6 for the first and 30.1 for the second, which I was pretty pleased with. I was pretty out of breath after each one, but I thought it would be much harder to get myself to run that pace, I had a nice quick cadence and it felt not much different than running them in the spring felt.

Didn't double today or yesterday so ain't hitting 93.9 again this week, but I will go 30/90 tomorrow and then I will be on pace for ~90 again I think. The combination of having some good strong runs over the past two weeks and then feeling good running fast today is making me feel much better about Saturday's workout. PUMPED for the Brew Run, ready to take some scalps and win that t-shirt!

You might want to do 90/90 before I catch you in weekly mileage.
