EZ inc STRIDES
Great run this morning. Solo N Lakes - Liberty loop. Started slow as usual but was feeling good so was able to do a bit of a progression. Out to the end of Miller @ 7:24 pace, Next 20ish minutes to the stoplight @ 6:30 pace, final 10ish minutes @ 6' pace. Felt very strong throughout, breathing was steady and legs were very comfortable.
Will do strides during my afternoon run (assuming I can get one in, family is coming up today).
