35-40' EASY shakeout

Morning shakeout w/ strides. Jogged about a mile to a park that a grass field long enough for strides, did a stride out and then jogged back. It was about a 16-17 second long stretch which I figured was perfect. Did 3 sets of 5 strides w/ 5' jogs in between, everything continuous, then ran home.
