Notes

2x400 (goal 71), 2x200 (goal 33) after the tempo. 200m jog between each. First 400 was tough, legs had tightened up a bit after ~7 minutes of standing around and it felt funny getting them moving. After that everything was fine, I felt REALLY smooth on the 200s. Ready to THROW DOWN this weekend!
