Notes

GBTC Workout: 3x3200 w/ 2' rest, 4x400m w/ 1'rest.

Opted to try and hang with the marathon crew tonight, figured they'd be running fast and it would be tough but it was a good long workout and I thought it would be fun to have some company. Hung on the back of the group, could tell it was too fast right away but worked a bit and felt pretty strong for the first two, hung right with the group. Went through 1600 in 5:26 on #3 and was falling off pretty badly, so stepped off at 2400 and hit the can. 400s were tough! Pretty gassed at the end of each one, but recovered okay by the next one.

Tough workout, but fun! Great running with a group.
