Detroit

Notes

10x200m hills on Detroit (250m-50m). It was EPHING hot! Sunny, humid, close to 90 degrees. Ran in a group w/ Tyler, Jake, Faz, Brian, Colin. Supposed to be a 34 second flat 200 effort, or something like that. It was brutal, one of the hardest workouts I've ever had. Felt like I did alright though. Ran off the back of the group for the first half and then was finishing towards the middle for the second. I was yo-yoing a bit, would start off with a quick gap forming but then would make it up by the end. The last few were miserable, was totally drained from the heat. Serpentine jog back down after each one, 2 minutes rest (full recovery) between which gradually lengthened to 2:15.
