Notes

Solo 25 minute tempo run on the track ( I swear I thought I saw 25 so I stopped, but then when I looked after it was 24:41.

So not as strong a workout as last week. I went out pretty conservatively and figured that 5:4x would be a good pace to start, I hoped to bring it down as I went though. Wasn't in the cards. I felt alright for a while, but I was really hurting towards the end. It was pretty intimidating thinking about having to run hard on the track for that long, I think next continuous tempo run I'll go to Tubb's or something. Still a decent workout, longest tempo run I've done for sure.
