Notes

Not feeling great on today's run. Ran alone from my house. Pretty stiff and sore the first few miles, then around mile 6 I remembered that last night when I was eating my buffalo chicken sub I was told that I'd have to drop the cosby kids off at the pool tomorrow. Now here I am 6 miles into my run and I've got these damn kids to take care of! "Alright", I told them, "Another 45 minutes or so and you guys can swim to your heart's content." But the little rascals just won't shut up! "Are we there yet? Are we there yet?" Finally, I look back, and I says to them, "You damn kids better shut your traps or I will NOT be taking you to the pool!" That sure shut them up good. But then, 10 or 15 minutes later, they all start yelling again! Enough is enough, I thought, so I pulled over then and there and ditched them on the side of the road. Tough love.

Anyways, after that I started to feel much better and got into a good rhythm for the second half of the run. Nothing special though, I didn't really progress down to steady pace, but its ok, I wasn't really planning on it.
