Easy run w/ Paul and Joe. Did Goreman's right, then Rymo showed up and I added on with him. Basically did two big woods loops. I was just running for as long as I felt like it, just feeling it out this week. Started sore but felt better in the second half. It was pretty hot (80s) but not as bad as I thought it would be. Did 5 strides afterwards.
