Run with Joe Joe and Yan. Felt alright, we started off nice and slow, picked it up throughout. Was kinda hurting with 3 or 4 to go but then felt very strong at the end, last mile and a half or so was at ~6:15 pace. Afterwards Joe decided to hop into a 4-3-2-1 workout with Kris (4's at 58-60). Me and Yan went back to Yan's house for some water polo.
