4x(2x30", 1x60" hill w/ full recovery jog).

Hill workout on Spring St. It was snowing pretty hard during my warmup, so the road was super slippery. It stopped snowing for a bit during the workout itself, though, so it actually got better as it went on. Made it way farther up the hill on sets 3 and 4 because I had some better footing. Hard workout to judge, but it was a similar effort to the previous two weeks.
