I've gained an astonishing ~6lbs in the month of July alone! I've had a very hands off approach to my diet so far this year, which got me down to a 175 lb 30 day rolling avg in May, but has now brought me back up to a 180 lb 30 day rolling avg! So for the present at least, need to be more aware and run a tighter ship. I should be able to turn it around in time for fall races, but I don't think there's much hope for B2B :(
