Notes

Some post TT work: 2x1600 @ T (5:28) w/ 2' rest, 4x300 @ 3k->1500 (I think, GP was 50 for the last one) w/ 100m walk.

We all started together, ran in a group w/ Cish, GD, Stewart though. Surprisingly felt great. Ran strong through the tempo miles w/o too much difficulty. 300s felt great, legs were tired but lungs were fine and it was FUN to run FAST! Didn't get carried away. All in all some decent work done after a race effort, reinforces that it's possible to get in a solid post-race workout / have more in the tank for doubling back. Walk between 300s ended up being 85-90 secs
