Early morning workout at Tufts! Shannon and I got up and got out the door, awesome, awesome. Wanted to do some rep work in advance of Sunday's race, aimed for 3-4x(2-2-4) @ 34/69 (seeded myself at 4:36, so that's basically mile GP).

Yikes!! This was super tough. Was working hard and not really hitting the paces I'd hoped for... tbf after the first set I realized that my goal paces were a little ambitious and I aimed more for 35/70. This was o.k. , tough to run fast in the morning perhaps! Definitely shook me up a little but I wouldn't be surprised if I came through on race day. Should be interesting!
