300m at goal pace after the fartlek. Supposed to be like 49 and change (65/quarter - optimistic goal pace). I figured that we wouldn't have to worry too much about going too fast, but ended up just a tad quick. It fellt pretty good to be running something fast on the track.
Noticed a little something (tightness) in my upper right achilles after the run. Never had any pain there before so don't really have a point of reference, don't think it's anything bad but something to watch.
