Solid medium long run, quick loop of Stone Arabia then Extra Medium w/o Miller, so a fairly hilly loop. Very dark and very cold. Thankfully Ryan Millar ran with me, wouldn't have been a very fun run to do alone.
45+ through 3 days, good stuff!
