Good run w/ the LD gang, + Aldous & Bobby for the first half. Did extra medium, it was pretty bizarre weather - hail the whole time which was stinging my face. Legs were moderately sore, like from yesterday's EXPLOSIVE lift. The Rte 2 hill was pretty tough.
