Workout at the track w/ Jesse. 4xmile (full mile!) @ tempo w/ 1 min rest, then 1k @ I. Took a bathroom break, then did 4x200, just trying to run fast and relaxed.
Miles felt great, super comfortable. Windy on the backstretch, but other than that no problems. Started the 1k a little quick and it was fairly tough. 200s were good, jogged 200 between each one.
No foot pain during the workout, could feel it a little walking around afterwards.
