Notes

Indoor track prep begins in earnest with the always tough Detroit hill workout. 8x200m (the first 200m of the hill) at a hard effort w/ full recovery jog back down. Pretty tough. First 150 of each one was totally fine, but I was tying up on the last 50 of each one (where the hill begins to steepen). Times were fairly consistent though, and the effort was there, so I'd say it was a fine workout. Really focused on trying to hold my form together at the end of each one when it felt like I couldn't move my legs. Kept the rest not too short, ~2 minutes between each one..
