Notes

Good long run. Had some early casualties, but ended up running with a chill group of Brian, Steve, and Nolan. We did the Garfield loop which is pretty dang hilly, so averaging 7' when I was feeling pretty sore to begin with is not bad. Did the loop with them in 1:41, did a mile loop, and then added on the last 12 minutes or so on Joseph St. Was pretty happy with how I felt in the last 20 minutes of the run, I was tired for sure, but my legs didn't hurt like they once did at the end of a long run. A part of that is that it wasn't a particularly fast run, but it was hilly, so I think it's a good sign that I am getting stronger over long runs.

Another great week, 4th consecutive 100+ week, and this one had some good quality workouts in it as well. Incredibly excited for indoor track, very optimistic that things are gonna come together, don't need to do anything crazy the next 4 weeks, just stay consistent, have solid workouts, and keep putting miles in the bank.
