Notes

Wanted to mix things up today with 6xmile tempo w/ 1' rest. Planned on starting in the 5:40s and work into the 5:30s. Ended up being a very low-quality workout, which unfortunately was pretty predictable - 2 days w/o much sleep, hottest part of the day, very windy and in a rush to get to the Red Sox game. It wasn't a particularly hard effort, but it seems I wasn't in the mood to give much of an effort... I guess the wind came in gusts and made pacing difficult as well. A workout that should definitely have been done in the morning... alas.
