4x(400-300-200-100), aiming for 70, 52, 34, 15. Jogged the next interval after each rep. Ran in a group w/ Aldous, Debro, and Barrett. 300m loop coned off on the turf field due to snow, wasn't a huge fan - had to do a lot of deceleration/acceleration and cutting wide to avoid people.
Just didn't feel that great today. I hung with the group alright and was right around the paces (which were adjusted for the turf), but I felt pretty winded. Consistently a little slower than I wanted to be.
