Notes

Hurdle mobility routine, trail leg / lead leg drills.

6 strides over 2 hurdles. Felt good! Coach told me to focus on driving through with my trail leg. Also was focusing on staying low / leaning forwards. Got in a few leading with my right leg as well, which I thought went well.

Running steeplechase this weekend! PR city!
