50-80 min Medium Long Run

Another run on my own. So much for Pembroke being the place to be. Ran from the HS south towards Kingston for a change. Unfortunately I took a wrong turn close to 6 miles in and ran in the exact wrong direction for a solid mile and a half before I figured out where I was. Turned around and came back by the shortest route possible, but still ended up running 8 minutes longer than planned. Oh well.

Felt pretty similar to yesterday. Legs hurt from the get go and continued hurting the entire time, but I still got in a comfortable rhythm and was able to run at a decent pace. It's worth noting that Pembroke is definitely less hilly than Troy. But I'm still pretty pleased with how I've been feeling this week while still keeping everything under 7' pace (again, nothing under 7' pace last year). Hopefully it will stay as cool as its been.
