20 minute tempo run on the track, range of 5:35-5:45. Nothing to write home about, but a solid workout considering the conditions: solo at night after a long car ride and a tiring week. Got in a good rhythm and felt pretty strong, breathing heavy from the start but legs felt pretty fresh until the end. Had a small stitch for the last mile or so.
