Ran home from school. Hot day. Tried to run faster than normal, ended up doing a long pickup towards the end. Happy I ran fast. Think I should try and do a run like this a few times a week. The only drawback was that my run ended much shorter than I would normally plan on it- I will have to find longer routes.
