6 fast strides w/ full walk recovery
Fun run w/ Paul, Jake, and Ryan Millar. Pretty sore beforehand from yesterdays hills + lift. We had a very slow first half, possibly 7:30+, it was dark and cold and slippery. Started picking it up around 7.5 miles. By the end we were moving pretty good, I fell off from the others when we got to the N Lake sidewalk, but last 2-3 miles wouldn't have surprised me if they were at or just under 6 min pace. Forgot to do strides, tomorrow I guess.
