Easy run from the HS with Rymo. Did Goreman's left reverse with Country Corner add-on, then added on a loop in the woods. It was hot. I knew we weren't going fast but didn't think we were going quite this slow. Oh well, running this afternoon and then will get a rock solid long run in tomorrow.
