Ran with Jesse at 11 or so, after his final. Warmed up on the baseball fields, then went. Originally planned on running two laps; however, decided to cut it to one lap because both of us were feeling pretty sore even though we were running a normal pace. Jesse is definitely a good training partner- I hope he does XC. Not too hot a day. Pretty sure I'm still on pace for 30 miles this week if I run tomorrow and Friday. Ryan says team practices won't start for another two weeks- I'm glad I started early.
