Notes

ACTUAL: Off bike, onto treadmill for 4 miles, 1% grade. Kept towards top of Z2 range(143-153) for most of run, did one of last quarters at higher Z4 pickup just for fun. Legs felt good, pretty easy effort.

PLAN: Easy 4 mile off the bike!
