Notes

Treadmill 1200 repeats. Warmup 1.5 miles, stretch. 4 x 1200 @ 9.3 mph (6:27 pace), walk 1/2 lap in between each to let HR drop. Last one kept bumping up pace until 10.5 at finish. Legs felt good, HR only around 155 during repeats, quickly recovered to 120 on walking. Some L shin soreness, calves and hamstrings tight.
