Long run, hilly course, very windy. 5 miles easy, 5 miles race pace (7:30 or better), 5 miles easy, last 5 race pace. Gu at 45/90/135, Gatorade Endurance (race drink). Shins felt good, legs felt good, most race pace laps ended up 7:20 or better (3:20 marathon needs 7:37 pace) so feel on target. Could have maintained pace race pace past 20.
